Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use
Last updated: October 12, 2026
Welcome to firevora.com (the “Site”). This page sets out the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (the “Terms”) that apply whenever you browse the Site or buy from FireVora (“FireVora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our address is 103 North East Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401, United States, and you can reach us at contact@firevora.com.
Browsing the Site or placing an order means you accept these Terms. If you don’t accept them, please leave the Site and don’t place an order.
1. Scope and Basics
1.1 These Terms cover the online sale of the products (the “Products”) that FireVora offers through the Site, and they explain what each side can expect from the other.
1.2 Our Terms are written for individual consumers. When you place an order, you are telling us that you are 18 or older, that the Products are for your own non-business use, that you are legally able to enter a binding contract, and that the personal details you give us are truthful.
1.3 Business customers. Orders placed for a business, or to resell the Products, fall outside these Terms. If that describes you, email us at contact@firevora.com before ordering.
1.4 The version of the Terms that is live on the day you order (or on the day of your first installment, if you pay in installments) is the version that governs that order. We may revise the Terms whenever we like by publishing a new version on the Site, but a revision never alters an order you have already placed.
2. Placing an Order and Forming the Contract
2.1 Order process. Ordering works like this: choose a Product and add it to your cart, repeat for anything else you want, then head to checkout. There you will find:
Take a moment to look over your cart and fix any mistakes before you move on.
Pressing the order button confirms that you have checked your cart and agree to these Terms, and it means you are committing to pay. You will then move to the payment step, where you pick a payment method and pay.
2.2 Order confirmation. Once you have ordered and paid, we email a confirmation to the address you gave us. The email lists your order number and a recap of your order (Products, prices, delivery method and charges). If it doesn’t show up, look in your spam folder, then write to us at contact@firevora.com. Hold on to the email and your invoice, as they are your proof of purchase.
2.3 Declined or canceled orders. We may decline or cancel an order when we have a genuine reason. Examples include:
2.4 Canceling an order. To cancel an order, email contact@firevora.com as soon as you can. We can’t promise to accept every cancellation. If we’ve already started preparing your order or it has shipped, you will need to send it back at your own cost to get a refund, following Section 7.
3. Product Information and Availability
3.1 Product information. Each Product’s key features and price appear on the Site, along with usage details where relevant. We try hard to keep this information correct, but a lot of it comes from suppliers and manufacturers. Apart from prices, we aren’t responsible for mistakes or gaps in specifications supplied by manufacturers. Photos, illustrations, and videos are there to give you an idea of the Product and may differ a little from what arrives. The Site shows how long an offer and its price remain valid.
3.2 Availability. Offers last only while stock remains. Stock levels are usually shown on each Product page. Putting a Product in your cart doesn’t hold it for you (pre-order Products are the exception), so neither availability nor price is locked in until we confirm your order. Should a Product turn out to be unavailable after you’ve ordered, we will email you promptly, remove that item from your order, and refund what you paid for it. Any other Products in the order will still ship, and the shipping charge won’t be refunded for the item we couldn’t supply.
4. Prices
4.1 Prices on the Site are in U.S. dollars (USD). Our listed price is usually the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. Where there isn’t one, we base it on what comparable retailers typically charge. If the manufacturer’s suggestion or market prices move, our prices may move too.
4.2 Where the law requires sales tax, it is worked out from your shipping address and shown at checkout.
4.3 If a price is clearly wrong, we may correct it, or cancel the order and refund you in full.
5. Payment
5.1 When you pay. You pay the full order total when you place the order. In unusual cases we may agree to installments, though we are never obliged to. To ask, email contact@firevora.com.
5.2 Payment methods. You can pay with any method shown at checkout. These may include:
5.3 If a payment is declined or doesn’t go through, we may put the order on hold or cancel it. We may also switch off any payment method whenever necessary, such as when a payment provider stops its service or an earlier order is in dispute.
5.4 Fraud checks. To guard against misuse of payment details, we may check orders and ask you for more information or documents. We process your order only once we have received that material and reviewed it.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery options and timing. Before you pay, the Site shows the delivery options and their prices. We expect delivery to take 3 to 5 days after shipment. These timeframes are our best estimates, not promises. Things outside our control, such as severe weather, carrier problems, or other force majeure events, can cause delays, and so can busy periods like Black Friday and the holiday season. If a delay is significant, we will tell you promptly and sort out a suitable solution with you.
6.2 Shipping costs. You cover the shipping cost. The amount appears at checkout before you pay.
6.3 Delivery address. We deliver to the address you enter at checkout, so please double-check it. If a delivery fails or arrives late because the address was incomplete or wrong, that is on you.
6.4 Inspection on receipt. Please check your order as soon as it arrives to make sure the Product is complete and undamaged. If anything is damaged, faulty, or missing, email us at contact@firevora.com within three (3) days of the delivery date and include photos if you can. Claims made after that window may not be accepted. If the damage is visible on delivery, it also helps to mention it to the carrier on the spot.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 Thirty-day returns. You have thirty (30) days from the day you receive your order to return a Product, whatever your reason. If the Products in an order arrive separately, the 30 days start when the last one arrives.
7.2 Return shipping. Sending a return back costs you. If we approve the return, we refund the Product price and the original shipping charges, subject to the conditions below.
7.3 What can’t be returned. Some things can’t be sent back:
7.4 Starting a return. To begin a return, email contact@firevora.com during the 30-day window and include your order number, the Product’s name and description, the date you received it, your name, and your address. After you notify us, you have 30 days to send the Product back. Please contact us first, and don’t ship a Product back before you do.
7.5 Condition of returns. Send the Product back in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and paperwork included, so we can resell it. If what we receive has been installed, used, is incomplete, damaged, or dirty, we may decline the refund or lower it to reflect the drop in the Product’s value.
7.6 Refunds. When your return reaches us and we’ve inspected it, we will refund what you paid, original shipping charges included, within 30 days of your return notification (or, if the Product reaches us later than that, once it arrives and we’ve checked its condition). The money goes back to your original payment method unless you clearly agree to a different one. If you used a gift card or promo code for all or part of the purchase, that part is refunded as a new gift card or code of equal value.
8. Warranty
8.1 Manufacturer warranty. Many Products carry a limited warranty from the manufacturer, and FireVora isn’t a party to it. The Product page says when a warranty applies. For a warranty claim, let us know at contact@firevora.com and read the warranty terms, which usually come in the Product’s packaging. When the manufacturer provides no warranty information, FireVora gives its own limited warranty: one (1) year from the date of your order, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
8.2 What isn’t covered. This warranty excludes damage from incorrect installation, misuse, poor upkeep, unapproved alterations or repairs, accidents, and ordinary wear and tear.
8.3 Disclaimer. APART FROM THE LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION AND ANY PROTECTION THAT THE LAW REQUIRES, FIREVORA PROVIDES NO GUARANTEE OF ANY KIND ABOUT THE PRODUCTS. WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ANY UNWRITTEN OR AUTOMATIC ASSURANCES, INCLUDING ANY ASSURANCE THAT A PRODUCT IS OF SATISFACTORY MARKET QUALITY OR WILL SUIT A SPECIFIC USE YOU HAVE IN MIND. Some states restrict how warranties may be limited, so these restrictions may be unenforceable where you live. This warranty gives you certain legal rights, and your state may grant you additional ones.
9. Safe Installation and Use
9.1 Fireplaces and heaters, gas models in particular, must be installed, connected, and maintained as the manufacturer instructs and as all relevant local, state, and federal codes and regulations require. A licensed, qualified professional must install any gas appliance. Electrical products should be installed following the manufacturer’s instructions and the applicable electrical codes.
9.2 Before you buy and install, it’s up to you to make sure a Product suits your home and meets local requirements, including permits, venting, clearances, and fuel type. Always read the manual and follow every safety warning supplied with the Product.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
10.1 To handle your order, look after our customer relationship, prevent fraud, compile statistics, and meet our legal duties, we collect and use personal details such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and payment information. We may pass these details to service providers who help run our business, for instance payment processors, shipping carriers, and our e-commerce platform.
10.2 Our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information and describes the rights you may have, including under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act.
10.3 Email contact@firevora.com to make a privacy request. We may first need to confirm who you are.
11. Use of the Site
11.1 Please use the Site lawfully and in line with these Terms. Don’t try to break into areas you aren’t authorized to access, disrupt how the Site runs, introduce malicious code, or act in any way that could harm FireVora or other users.
11.2 If you create an account on the Site, please keep your login details private. Anything done through your account is your responsibility, so contact us right away at contact@firevora.com if you think someone else has gained access to it.
12. Intellectual Property
Buying Products from the Site doesn’t hand over any intellectual property rights in them, unless a Product page says otherwise. Everything on the Site, including trademarks, domain names, logos, products, software, images, videos, and text, belongs to FireVora or its respective owners and stays theirs. Nothing in these Terms gives you a license to, or ownership of, any of it.
13. Force Majeure
FireVora is not responsible if it cannot meet, or is late in meeting, its commitments under these Terms because of circumstances it cannot reasonably control. Examples include natural disasters, extreme weather, war, pandemics, strikes and other workforce disputes, shipping or supplier disruptions, and actions taken by government authorities. If something like this affects your order, we will let you know as soon as we reasonably can.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW PERMITS, FIREVORA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT RESULTS FROM INCORRECT INSTALLATION, MISUSE OF A PRODUCT, DISREGARD OF THE MANUFACTURER’S INSTRUCTIONS OR OF APPLICABLE CODES, OR ANY CHANGE TO A PRODUCT THAT NEITHER FIREVORA NOR THE MANUFACTURER HAS APPROVED. WHERE THE LAW ALLOWS, FIREVORA ALSO DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES THAT ARE SECONDARY, SPECIAL, OR RESULTING IN NATURE, AND OUR OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM CONNECTED WITH AN ORDER IS CAPPED AT THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT CONCERNED. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any responsibility that the law does not allow us to remove or restrict. Your state may not allow a seller to rule out or cap liability for secondary or resulting losses. If that is the case, the cap described above will not be applied to you.
15. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or close the account of any customer who breaks these Terms or the law, and doing so doesn’t limit our other remedies. Once an account is suspended or closed, that person may not order again or open a new account on the Site unless we have given our prior approval.
16. Severability and No Waiver
If a court or other authority finds part of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, that part is treated as deleted, and everything else stays fully in force. If FireVora is slow to enforce, or chooses not to enforce, any part of these Terms, that doesn’t mean we’ve given up or changed the Terms, and it doesn’t give you any right.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
17.1 Florida law and applicable federal law govern these Terms, and conflict-of-law rules don’t apply.
17.2 If something goes wrong with your order, please write to us first at contact@firevora.com so we can try to settle it informally. If that doesn’t work, any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts in Bay County, Florida, and you agree to those courts’ jurisdiction, except where the law lets you bring a claim in your home state.
