1.1 Browsing the Site
- Connection data: each time you visit the Site, we may collect your IP address, device and browser information, and the date and time of your visit.
- Browsing data: we collect information about how you reach and use the Site, such as the pages you view, how long you stay, and the links you click. We may use cookies and similar technologies for this purpose (see Section 5).

1.3 Purchases and Payment
To complete a purchase, you must provide billing and shipping details and payment information (such as your card number, expiration date, security code, and cardholder name). When you contact customer service, we may use your name, email address, and phone number to respond to your request and confirm information about you or your order.
1.6 Categories of Personal Information (California Disclosure)
In the past 12 months, we may have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, address, email, phone number, IP address); commercial information (order and purchase history); financial information (payment details processed by our payment providers); internet or network activity (browsing data and cookie data); and geolocation data inferred from your IP address. We collect this information from you directly and automatically through your use of the Site, and use it for the business purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
2. How We Protect Your Information
We maintain technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We aim to maintain a level of security appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone, and if you use a shared computer, remember to log out when you are done.
3. When We Share Your Information
3.1 Service Providers and Third Parties
We share your personal information with service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, our e-commerce platform (Shopify), email and marketing providers, analytics providers, and fraud-prevention services. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us and are required to protect it.
Some providers may process your information in the United States or in other countries.
We do not sell your personal information for money. We will not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. Certain uses of cookies and advertising technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under some state laws; see Section 6 for how to opt out.
3.2 Legal Disclosures
We may disclose your personal information to government authorities, courts, or other parties when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, a subpoena, or legal process; to enforce our Terms; to prevent fraud or protect the rights, property, or safety of FireVora, our customers, or others. If required by law, we may not be able to object to such disclosure.
3.3 Business Transfers
If FireVora is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
4. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information for three (3) years from the end of our relationship (for example, your last order or interaction). This gives us time to process your order and handle returns, refunds, and warranty claims. We may keep certain information longer where required by law (such as tax and accounting records) or where needed to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
5.1 What Is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It allows the website to recognize your device on later visits. We and our service providers may also use similar technologies such as pixels, tags, and local storage.
5.2 How We Use Cookies
Cookies on our Site allow us to:
- compile statistics on Site traffic and usage so we can improve the Site's content and usability;
- adapt the Site to your device's display settings (such as language, screen resolution, and operating system);
- remember information you entered in a form or choices you made (such as the contents of your shopping cart);
- let you access your account and maintain security, for example by asking you to log in again after a period of inactivity; and
- support social media features, such as share buttons, which may set their own cookies.
Where required, we will display a cookie banner on your first visit that lets you accept or manage non-essential cookies.
5.3 How You Can Control Cookies
You can configure your browser to accept or reject cookies, or to notify you before a cookie is stored. Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may affect how the Site works, and some features (such as logging in or using your cart) may stop working. We are not responsible for reduced functionality resulting from cookies you have refused or deleted.
You can find instructions for managing cookies in the help menu of your browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge). For more information about cookies, you may visit www.allaboutcookies.org.
5.4 Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We honor opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by applicable law. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, we do not currently respond to them.
6. Your Privacy Rights
6.1 Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. For residents of California, and of other states with similar laws, these rights may include:
- Right to know/access: to request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources and purposes of collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
- Right to delete: to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- Right to correct: to request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: to opt out of the sale of your personal information or its sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising;
- Right to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right); and
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
You also have the right to withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time.
6.2 How to Exercise Your Rights
To make a request, email us at contact@firevora.com or write to FireVora, 103 North East Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401, United States. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days).
You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and you may contact your state attorney general if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
6.3 Shine the Light (California)
California residents may request information about the disclosure of their personal information to third parties for those third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us at contact@firevora.com and we will delete it.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to read their privacy policies.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date, and we will notify you in other ways where appropriate depending on the significance of the changes. We encourage you to review this page regularly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
