Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use

Last updated: October 12, 2026

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the website firevora.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from FireVora ("FireVora," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 103 North East Avenue, Panama City, Florida 32401, United States. You can contact us at contact@firevora.com.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. General Provisions and Scope

1.1 These Terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products (the "Products") offered by FireVora.

1.2 These Terms apply to every order placed by an individual consumer. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are purchasing the Products for personal, non-commercial use, that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and that the information you provide about your identity is accurate.

1.3 Business customers. Purchases made on behalf of a business, or for resale, are not covered by these Terms. If you are a business or trade customer and wish to place an order, please contact us directly at contact@firevora.com.

1.4 The Terms that apply to your order are the ones in effect on the date you place your order (or make your first payment, if you pay in installments). We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Site. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

2. Placing an Order and Formation of the Contract

2.1 Order process. To purchase one or more Products, you select each Product and add it to your cart. When you have finished, you proceed to checkout, where you will see:

  • a summary of the Products you selected, their prices, and the shipping method and shipping costs. Please review your cart carefully and correct any errors before continuing; and
  • a link to these Terms, which we encourage you to read before submitting your order.

By clicking the button to submit your order, you confirm that you have reviewed your cart and accept these Terms, and you acknowledge that doing so creates an obligation to pay. You are then directed to the payment step, where you choose from the available payment methods and pay for your order.

2.2 Order confirmation. After your order is placed and payment is made, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided. This email includes your order summary (Products, prices, shipping method and costs) and your order number. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and then contact us at contact@firevora.com. We recommend keeping your confirmation email and invoice as proof of your purchase.

2.3 Order refusal. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any legitimate reason, including for example:

  • the order does not comply with these Terms;
  • the quantities ordered do not correspond to normal personal use;
  • non-payment of a previous order or an ongoing dispute concerning a previous order; or
  • suspected fraud.

2.4 Order cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@firevora.com. We do not guarantee that cancellations can be accepted. If your order is already being prepared or has shipped, it will need to be returned to us at your expense in order to receive a refund, in accordance with Section 7.

3. Product Information and Availability

3.1 Product information. The main characteristics of the Products and their prices are displayed on the Site, along with usage information where applicable. While we take reasonable care to ensure that product information is accurate, much of it is provided by our suppliers and manufacturers. Except for pricing information, we are not responsible for errors or omissions in manufacturer-provided specifications. Photos, illustrations, and videos are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual Product. The validity period of an offer and its price is indicated on the Site.

3.2 Availability. Offers are valid while supplies last. Product availability is normally shown on the Product page. Because adding a Product to your cart does not reserve inventory (except for Products marked as pre-order), availability and price are not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If a Product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you by email promptly, cancel the affected item, and refund the price of that Product and any amount paid for it. If your order includes other available Products, they will still be shipped, and shipping charges will not be refunded for the unavailable item.

4. Prices

4.1 All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). The reference price of a Product is generally the manufacturer's suggested retail price or, where none exists, a price based on the price at which the Product is commonly sold by comparable retailers. Prices may be updated when the manufacturer's suggested price or market prices change.

4.2 Applicable sales tax, where required by law, is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

4.3 In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the price or cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Payment

5.1 When payment is due. Payment of the full order amount is due at the time you place your order. In exceptional cases we may agree to payment in installments, but we are under no obligation to do so. To make such a request, please contact us at contact@firevora.com.

5.2 Accepted payment methods. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

  • Credit and debit cards (such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). You represent that you are authorized to use the card you submit. Your card will be charged when your order is placed. Card payments are processed through a secure third-party payment platform, and your card information is encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. We do not store your full card number.
  • PayPal and other digital wallets, where offered. Use of these services is also subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
  • Gift cards, discount codes, and promotional codes. These may be applied to all or part of an order and are valid for one use only. We may cancel an order if a code is used fraudulently.

5.3 If a payment is declined or not completed, we may suspend or cancel the order. We may also suspend any payment method at any time, for example if a payment provider discontinues its service or in the event of a dispute concerning a previous order.

5.4 Fraud prevention. To protect against fraudulent use of payment information, we may verify orders and may ask you to provide additional information or documentation. Your order will be processed only after we have received and reviewed the requested information.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Shipping. Before you place your order, we display the available shipping methods and their costs. Our estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 days from shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to events outside our control (such as severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other force majeure events) or during periods of high demand such as Black Friday and the holiday season. We will notify you promptly of any significant delay and work with you to find a suitable solution.

6.2 Shipping costs. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are shown at checkout before you pay.

6.3 Delivery address. Products are delivered to the address you provide at checkout. Please verify your delivery information carefully. You are responsible for any failed or delayed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

6.4 Inspection on receipt. When you receive your order, please check that the Product is complete and undamaged. If you notice any damage, defect, or missing item, you must contact us at contact@firevora.com within three (3) days of the delivery date, including photos where possible. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. We also recommend noting any visible damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 30-day return period. You may return a Product for any reason within thirty (30) days of the date you receive your order. If your order includes multiple Products delivered separately, the period starts on the date you receive the last Product.

7.2 Return shipping. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a return is approved, the Product price and the original shipping charges will be refunded, subject to the conditions below.

7.3 Non-returnable items. The following items cannot be returned:

  • items made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
  • items that are perishable or likely to deteriorate quickly;
  • items that were unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons;
  • items that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items;
  • software, audio, or video recordings that have been unsealed after delivery; and
  • gift cards.

7.4 How to start a return. To start a return, email us at contact@firevora.com within the 30-day period with your order number, the name and description of the Product, the date you received it, your name, and your address. You will then have 30 days from the date of your return notification to send the Product back to us. Please do not send a Product back before contacting us.

7.5 Condition of returned items. Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation, so that they can be resold. If we receive a Product that has been installed, used, incomplete, damaged, or soiled, we may refuse the refund or reduce it to reflect any loss in value of the Product.

7.6 Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your returned Product, we will refund the amount paid, including the original shipping charges, within 30 days of your return notification (or, if the Product arrives later, after we receive it and verify its condition). Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method. If you paid in whole or in part with a gift card or promotional code, we will refund that portion with a new gift card or code of the same value.

8. Warranty

8.1 Manufacturer warranty. Many of our Products come with a limited warranty provided by the manufacturer, to which FireVora is not a party. Where applicable, the existence of a warranty is stated on the Product page. To make a warranty claim, please notify us at contact@firevora.com and review the warranty terms, which are generally included in the Product packaging. If no warranty information is provided by the manufacturer, FireVora offers a limited warranty of one (1) year from the date of order against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

8.2 Exclusions. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modification or repair, accident, or normal wear and tear.

8.3 Disclaimer. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THIS SECTION OR REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCTS ARE SOLD WITHOUT ANY OTHER WARRANTY, AND FIREVORA DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.

9. Safe Installation and Use

9.1 Fireplaces and heating appliances, particularly gas-burning models, must be installed, connected, and serviced in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. Gas appliances must be installed by a licensed and qualified professional. Electrical products should be installed in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable electrical codes.

9.2 You are responsible for confirming that a Product is suitable for your home and complies with local requirements (including permits, venting, clearances, and fuel type) before purchase and installation. Always read and follow the manual and all safety warnings that come with the Product.

10. Privacy and Personal Data

10.1 We collect and use personal information (such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, and payment details) as needed to process your order, manage our customer relationship, prevent fraud, produce statistics, and comply with legal obligations. We may share this information with service providers that help us operate our business, such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and our e-commerce platform.

10.2 How we collect, use, share, and protect your information, and the rights you may have (including under applicable state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act), are described in our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.

10.3 To make a privacy request, contact us at contact@firevora.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

11. Use of the Site

11.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or use the Site in any way that could harm FireVora or other users.

11.2 You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated on a Product page, the sale of Products on the Site does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the Products. Trademarks, domain names, logos, products, software, images, videos, text, and any other content on the Site are and remain the exclusive property of FireVora or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or transfer of any intellectual property rights.

13. Force Majeure

FireVora will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain or carrier disruptions, or government action. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible if such an event affects your order.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIREVORA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM IMPROPER INSTALLATION, MISUSE OF A PRODUCT, FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS OR APPLICABLE CODES, OR ANY MODIFICATION OR ALTERATION OF A PRODUCT NOT AUTHORIZED BY FIREVORA OR THE MANUFACTURER. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIREVORA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT AT ISSUE. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close the account of any customer who violates these Terms or applicable law, without prejudice to any other remedies available to us. A person whose account has been suspended or closed may not place further orders or create a new account on the Site without our prior authorization.

16. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be deemed removed and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Any tolerance or delay by FireVora in enforcing any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver or modification of those Terms and does not create any right in your favor.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17.2 If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at contact@firevora.com so that we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the issue informally, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bay County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home state.
